Whole body conditioning Pilates
Try our Whole Body Pilates classes - Monday and Wednesdays, 8-9am. Open level fitness class for all ages.
Yoga Flow
Our Yoga Frequency Flows - Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays 6-7am. Some experience of yoga & a medium level of fitness beneficial for this class.
Relaxing Yoga Flow
Try our Relaxing Yoga Flow classes- Tuesday evenings 5.30-6.30pm & Saturday morning 8-9am. Gentle open level yoga class for all levels.
