Each of our registered yoga teachers have gone through certified training programs, specializing in a variety of different practices including Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Yin. At Happiness Yoga, we provide guidance for all levels of practice so you can decide what feels best for your body.

Choose a practice

Whole body conditioning Pilates 

Try our Whole Body Pilates classes - Monday and Wednesdays, 8-9am. Open level fitness class for all ages. 

Yoga Flow

Our Yoga Frequency Flows - Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays 6-7am. Some experience of yoga & a medium level of fitness beneficial for this class.  

Relaxing Yoga Flow

Try our Relaxing Yoga Flow classes- Tuesday evenings 5.30-6.30pm & Saturday morning 8-9am. Gentle open level yoga class for all levels.
