Pilates whole body conditioning
Combining the core and breath based exercises of Pilates with functional strength training for the upper and lower body, our Pilates whole body conditioning has more burn than a traditional Pilates class. Modifications are offered to make this class accessible to all fitness levels.
Yoga flow
Yoga flow utilises a range of postures from the Hatha and Vinyasa schools of yoga, combining them in an all levels accessible flow that focuses on the breath and personal intention in the yoga practice.
Yin Yoga
A slower paced style which consists of poses/postures being held for longer. It was developed to penetrate deeply into the fascia, the connective tissue, ligaments and tendons rather than the muscles. By doing so, you expand flexibility whilst invigorating the energy centers of the body to release blockages and negativity. Yin typically focuses on hips, pelvis and lower spine, a must for anyone who sits all day. Incorporated with breathing exercises, this class is a great way to de-stress and calm your mind.
Barre and Beyond
The fusion class combines the grace and strength of ballet, the fun and flavour of Latin dance and the flowing, connected moves of Middle Eastern dance into a creative, expressive workout that will leave you feeling amazing.
Relaxing Yoga Flow
This class offers a blend of gentle slow flow and yin yoga poses designed to bring the mind and body into a place of deep relaxation. All levels appropriate, this is the perfect class for those just getting started on the mat.
Qi gong
Translates as “Energy Skill” and delivers a gentle whole body standing workout using mindful movements based on Traditional Chinese Medicine. We conclude the session with breathing and meditation.
Body Groove
Come and feel the medicine of dance in this all levels class. It’s the most fun you’ll have all week! Groove builds functional fitness and cardiovascular endurance. It’s so delicious that it never feels like a workout at all.
